Hour Moments is designed to give events and experiences a dedicated digital home. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, prepare or provide an Hour Moments experience, operate the site, and protect the service.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Hour Moments website at hourmoments.com, including the contact and Create Your Moment experience provided from this site. Links to other websites or services — including Tali PH — may be governed by their own privacy notices.
2. Information we handle
Information you choose to provide
When you email Hour Moments or submit the Create Your Moment form, you may provide details such as your name, email address, event type, event date, event or project information, and anything else you include in your message or submission.
Technical information
Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver the site may process basic request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps for delivery, reliability, and security purposes.
Event content
If you later engage Hour Moments to create an event experience, you may choose to provide photographs, video, text, schedules, guest information, links, or other event materials. The handling of project content may also be covered by the specific agreement or instructions for that project.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to questions, inquiries, and requests;
- evaluate, plan, create, maintain, or support an Hour Moments experience you request;
- communicate about your event or project;
- operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the site and service;
- protect Hour Moments, its users, and others from misuse or security threats; and
- meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations when applicable.
We do not use the current website build to run advertising pixels or first-party analytics tracking.
4. Service providers and external services
Jotform
The Create Your Moment form is provided through Jotform and is loaded in an embedded frame when you open the form. Information entered into that form is transmitted to and processed through Jotform. Jotform may also use cookies or similar technologies for embedded forms, depending on form features and settings. You can review Jotform's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Google Fonts
The site currently uses the Google Fonts CSS service to deliver the site's typefaces. When a page loads, the browser requests font resources from Google-operated domains. Google's handling of those requests is governed by Google's applicable privacy terms.
Third-party services can change their technology and policies independently. Their current notices control their own processing.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry, project, and operational information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal requirements. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the information and the project.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or receive a copy of certain information.
To make a privacy request, email hourmmnts@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. You can also manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings; see our Cookies Policy for more detail.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's privacy
Hour Moments is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement or authorization of a parent, guardian, event organizer, or other responsible adult where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
