The current Hour Moments website is intentionally light on tracking. The site's own code does not currently set first-party cookies, run analytics tags, use advertising pixels, or write to local or session storage. Third-party services may still receive requests or use their own storage when you interact with those services.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that websites or services can place in a browser to remember information about a visit. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, and other identifiers. They may be used for core functionality, security, preferences, measurement, or advertising.
2. Current Hour Moments website use
As of the date above, the Hour Moments site's own HTML, CSS, and JavaScript do not intentionally create first-party cookies or browser-storage entries. We also do not currently include a first-party analytics platform or advertising pixel in this production build.

3. Cookies used by the Create Your Moment form
The Create Your Moment form is hosted by Jotform and displayed inside an iframe. The iframe is loaded only after you open the form. Because Jotform operates the embedded form, cookies set within that embedded context are controlled by Jotform and can change based on the form's features and Jotform's service configuration.
Jotform's published cookie list for embedded forms currently identifies examples including:

4. Google Fonts
Hour Moments currently loads its web fonts using the Google Fonts CSS service. This causes the browser to request a stylesheet and font files from Google-operated domains. Google Fonts is a remote resource rather than a first-party Hour Moments cookie. Google's applicable privacy terms govern information Google receives from those requests.
5. Your cookie choices
You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies, clear site data, or restrict third-party storage. Blocking certain third-party cookies may affect the Jotform form or other embedded features. Your browser's help or privacy settings explain the available controls.
Because the current Hour Moments site does not itself set non-essential first-party cookies or run its own analytics/advertising tags, there is currently no Hour Moments cookie-preference toggle on the site. If that changes, this policy and the site's consent controls should be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled where consent is required.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy when the site's technology changes, when we add or remove providers, or when legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with the updated date.
